Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Signing Ceremony between Sultan Ismail Petra International Islamic College University (KIAS) and Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar State Islamic University (UIN)
On October 9, 2024, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing ceremony between Sultan Ismail Petra International Islamic College University (KIAS) and Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar State Islamic University (UIN), Indonesia, was held in the Administration Meeting Room, Registrar Building. This effort marks a significant step towards strengthening academic cooperation between the two institutions.
This MoU, renewed for the second time, aims to further strengthen and expand the scope of collaboration between KIAS and UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar. The ceremony was attended by senior management and officers from KIAS, as well as an international delegation from UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar, which included the Dean and eight (8) students.
The main goal of this agreement is to foster academic development and strategic cooperation between KIAS and UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar across various fields, including a 15-day “Kuliah Kerja Nyata” program in Kubang Sawa Village, Tumpat.
With the signing of this MoU, it is hoped that both institutions will collaborate closely in the academic development of both parties. This endeavor also aims to produce graduates who are knowledgeable, competitive, and possess outstanding character.
