Muadalah Program Students Arrive Safely at Cairo International Airport

Cairo, October 12, 2024 – Sixteen students from the KIAS-Universiti Al-Azhar Muadalah Program, who will continue their studies in Egypt, arrived safely at Cairo International Airport at 6 AM local time.

The delegation was led by YABrs. Professor Dr. Mazlan Bin Ibrahim, Rector of Sultan Ismail Petra International Islamic College University (KIAS), and Ustaz Mohammad Jawwad Bin Md Yusnan, Director of the KIAS Center for International Cooperation (CENTRIK).

Their arrival was warmly welcomed by Ustaz Che Khairulaffendy Bin Che Kamaruzaman, Education Attaché Officer of Kelantan, along with Deputy Officer Ustaz Nawi Bin Saleh, the New Student Reception Committee (USMB), and students from the KIAS-AL AZHAR Muadalah Program.

The KIAS-AL AZHAR Muadalah Program students will be entering their third year at Al-Azhar University, Egypt, in the fields of Usuluddin and Shariah. This program is a result of successful cooperation between KIAS and Al-Azhar University to support KIAS students who wish to pursue international education.

The KIAS community holds high hopes for the success of KIAS graduates as they pursue higher education, with aspirations that they will return to serve their religion, community, and country, bringing honor to KIAS.
