GENERAL ENGLISH PROGRAMS
INTRODUCTION
The new Public English Coordinator is Pn Nurul Husna Bt Yaacob replacing Mrs. Nurul Nadia Bt Ansar Ahmad Khan. One of the programs that has taken place held was 21st Century English Language Teacher Training.
SPECIALIZATION:
- The program under English Language IBA-KIAS that has been held is 21st Century English Language Teacher Training. This program was sponsored by the United States Embassy with a payment of RM36,000.00. This program was open to teachers who teach English subjects at YIK (Kelantan Islamic Foundation) schools. A total of 20 Participants had been selected by YIK. Training sessions were held for 8 meetings every Saturday from November to December 2022.
- This program provides opportunities for English teachers who teach outside their field of study. Participants can learn 21st century English language teaching through experienced IPG trained instructors. Participants are provided with breakfast / lunch and travel allowance per session.
- Promote KIAS to the public and be able to foster a sense of interest in imparting knowledge to students at school
